Method 1: Secure on-line credit card transaction

To place a secure, online order for our products using a credit card, please click the "Buy Now" button above. Once your credit card is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation of the order. A registration code will be emailed within 48 hours.

Method 2: Phone

To order our products by phone, please call 1-888-447-1175 during normal business hours. A sales person at Qwerks, Inc. will ask for your credit card number and will give you registration information.

Method 3: Fax

To order our products by facsimile, please send your credit card number, expiration date, name, Serial Code, address, phone number, and email address to: 1-801-497-9456. Please specify email registration for $15.
